Joyce Levi - Chef and Partner
Graduate from the « Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine française », she strengthened her competences with famous Michelin star awarded Chefs like Joël Robuchon (“La Table de Joël Robuchon” restaurant), Franck Charpentier and Jean-François Rouquette (“Le Scribe” restaurant).
She also worked in New York and lived a strong gastronomic and human experience at the Gascogne restaurant. Then she involved herself in the Eloïse’s Dinners project after a first Executive Chef position in a gastronomic company.
In the working out of Eloïse’s Dinners menus, she expresses all her sensibility for the modernized French gastronomy.
