Joyce Levi - Chef and Partner


Graduate from the « Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine française », she strengthened her competences with famous Michelin star awarded Chefs like Joël Robuchon (“La Table de Joël Robuchon” restaurant), Franck Charpentier and Jean-François Rouquette (“Le Scribe” restaurant).

She also worked in New York and lived a strong gastronomic and human experience at the Gascogne restaurant. Then she involved herself in the Eloïse’s Dinners project after a first Executive Chef position in a gastronomic company.

In the working out of Eloïse’s Dinners menus, she expresses all her sensibility for the modernized French gastronomy.

"After several experiences as a member of starred teams, I decided to put my passion for cooking directly at the service of demanding customers, by making menus worthy of the best gastronomic tables in their homes... Imagining original and refined dishes, working with the finest seasonal products, and above all serving you at home, that is the mission I set for myself with Les dîners d'Eloïse..."

Passionate and creative...

Trained at the Château de la Pomared (1 Michelin star) where he consolidated his basic cooking skills in South Western cuisine, Jean-Baptiste very soon realised that he wanted to "conquer Paris".

He spent 4 years at the Pré Catelan (3 Michelin stars) profiting from the experience of Frederic Anton (listed as a Meilleur Ouvrier de France) and Christelle Brua (Pastry Chef of the Year 2009).

A new challenge for this talented young chef: fine gastronomy at home with Les dîners d’Eloïse...

With Thomas, cooking is a thing of passion and ... of ambition!

With his CAP in cuisine from the prestigious Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française under his arm, he immediately went to work in the kitchens of the Meurice, under the wing of Yannick Alléno (3 Michelin stars) where he spent over three years.

Emmanuel Cotsoyannis – Associate Director


Emmanuel grew up in Madagascar in a restaurant kitchen...

A graduate of the EDHEC and of the Paris Political Science Faculty, he worked for some years in strategic consulting, constantly refining his skills as a hard working taster...

And then it all came clear: combining his business with his passion for gastronomy, by helping talented Chefs offer you their services in your home in the best conditions.
